From my personnel experience I will say running for like 1 to 2 mile daily will improve your sexual power by 20%. This I explain as follows:


  1. Imagine that I have week penis which has become really soft because of excessive masturbation. If I press my penis between my two fingers, my fingers almost touch each other. This means that my penis has lost all the rigidity and firmness. Although it is limp but it must have some amount of rigidity.   2. Now if I do not masturbate for a long time, my penis begins to gain its lost strength. It is interesting to say that as my penis recovers, it does not recover gradually but rather abruptly. This recovery is in the form of rigidity which my penis gains after 27 days. According to my knowledge and experience 27 days is the normal duration of time for your penis to improve in performance (provided that you do not masturbate).

  3. This period may increase or decrease accord to your exercise patterns and other factors too (like too much thinking about girls and thus oozing outs perms although you are not masturbating). If you try to be too lazy, lay all the times in bed the 27 day increment can take 33 days. And if you exercise and run regularly it will decrease to 22 days even 20 days if you work very hard.
